In this episode, William receives an unexpected visitor - Elaine's sister Bella, who has come to the house to deliver some of William's stuff and, apparently, shares a much higher opinion of him than her sister. He also finds time to continue flirting with both Monica (over a hairdressing session) and Katie (who finally gets to check out his penis).
